Lead Global Support Analyst
I have been working for ICANN since August 2015 in Global Support Center as Lead Global Support Analyst. I am based in İstanbul Hub Office.
I am responsible for responding to customer service inquiries coming from all around the world, developing solutions for newly discovered inquiries and management of customer related processes.
I am a Mathematical Engineer and have an MBA degree.
Also an incorporator of Anadolu Toastmasters International.
