Universal Acceptance (UA) ensures that all domain names and email addresses can be used by all Internet-enabled applications, devices and systems. The Universal Acceptance Steering Group (UASG) is working to help software developers and website owners understand how to update their systems to keep pace with an evolving domain name system. The group is made up of members from more than 120 companies, governments and community groups. In this session the UASG will provide an update on its accomplishments to date, as well as plans for the coming year.
